[Oasfaa] RE: Tuition Waiver for children who are in welfare custody

Thank you to everyone who responded to my question regarding a tuition 
waiver program for children in the custody of Child Welfare Services.  The 
program is the Independent Living Act and has certain stipulations for the 
child to be eligible.  A special "Thank you" to Alicia Harris of the state 
regents for the specific requirements.
