[Oasfaa] Got the Fall Break info: Oct 17-18

Thanks to everyone who responded, the state schools who have Fall breaks all
seem to be scheduled on Oct 17-18.  OU doesn't have a scheduled fall
break.....although we do sometimes get a Monday off after a certain football
game that's played south of the Red River.
