[Oasfaa] SSA citizenship mismatch

Good afternoon! I need some help. I have a student who has just been
admitted to our accelerated MBA program and will be enrolling in two web
courses in our next cycle. This student has failed the SSA citizenship match
on her FAFSA so now we have to see her original citizenship documentation.
The problem with this is that she lives in Pittsburgh, PA.

 

How do all of you handle a situation such as this?
