Iowa Wesleyan College, a 4-year church-related institution located in Southeastern Iowa, is accepting applications for the Director of Financial Aid effective January 1, 2003.  The Director, reporting to the Dean of Enrollment Management, is responsible for the administration, management and awarding of all funding from federal, state, institutional and private sources.  This specialist will comply with federal aid institutional policies and applicable NAIA regulations.  He/she is also responsible for the control of Iowa Wesleyan aid budgets.  Other duties include policy development, supervision and training of staff and overseeing the daily operation of the financial aid office.

A minimum of five years of recent experience with progressive supervising responsibility in college financial aid operations is required.  The applicant should possess strong computer, organizational and interpersonal skills.  The successful applicant should hold a bachelor's degree at a minimum.
