The Coordinator is responsible for the development and management of a program of community service employment opportunities for OSU Federal Work-Study students.</font>

<br><font size=3 face="Wingdings">§ </font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">Coordination of the OSU Federal Work-Study Program, both on-and off-campus, including development of policy and procedure and interpretation of regulations.</font>
<br><font size=3 face="Wingdings">§ </font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">Coordination and continued development of the Community Service Program.</font>
<br><font size=3 face="Wingdings">§ </font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">Implementation, coordination, and continued growth of the America Reads and America Counts tutoring programs offered through the office.</font>
<br><font size=3 face="Wingdings">§ </font><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">Direct activities of front-line student staff in support of office outreach mission.</font>

<br><font size=3 face="Times New Roman"><b>QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPENSATION:</b></font>
<br><font size=3 face="Times New Roman">A minimum of a Bachelors Degree is required with 2 years administrative experience working with students in a collegiate setting or experience working with community service agencies. Strong organizational and written/oral communications skills considered necessary. Group and public presentation experience desirable. </font>
