<DIV>The University of North Texas Health Science at Fort Worth is seeking the following position in its Financial Aid Office:<BR><BR>Financial Aid Counselor<BR><BR>Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for counseling prospective and current students. Duties will include calculating, awarding and reviewing financial aid, assisting students with applications, monitoring fund receipt and dispersal, maintaining database and accounting records and assisting with work study and/or scholarship programs. This position will act as liaison for the Financial Aid Department.<BR><BR>Requirements: Bachelor's degree and one-year experience in financial aid administration or student services related area are required. Knowledge of: Title IV graduate and professional programs, Federal and Texas Work Study Programs and scholarship selection processes are preferred. Experience with the Department of Education's electronic system, PeopleSoft, and MS Office software is highly desirable.<BR><BR>Date Available: Immediately<BR>Employment in Security Sensitive Positions is contingent upon results of required background check. <BR>Salary is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
