UGF is a private 4-year university offering bachelors and masters degrees. The enrollment is approximately 800 undergraduate and 100 graduate students.<BR><BR>Responsibilities: As part of the enrollment management team, the Director will participate in providing service for new and continuing students. The Director is responsible for overseeing all financial aid operations at the University. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: overseeing the processing and distribution of federal, state, and institutional aid, monitoring compliance with federal and state regulations, and supervising financial aid personnel.<BR><BR>Qualifications: Qualifications for the position include a bachelor's degree, 5 years of progressive experience in the financial aid area in combination with demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills, and the ability to interact effectively with administration, staff, peers, faculty, high school counselors, and students in a professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and cooperative manner.<BR><BR>To Apply: To apply, please send a cover letter addressing all of the requirements for the position, resume, and the names, addresses and contact information for at least three professional references to: </DIV>
