<DIV>Doane College seeks qualified candidates for the position of Assistant Director of Financial Aid. This position is located primarily on the college's Lincoln campus and serves primarily students in educational programs offered through the Lincoln and Grand Island campuses. This position requires a high degree of analytical as well as counseling skills. Responsibilities include: need analysis; providing technical support, including assisting with the financial aid software interface; coordinating the financial aid process for both undergraduate and graduate programs; counseling primarily adult students on all aspects of educational financing and financial aid; and coordinating projects and programs, as assigned.<BR><BR>A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work related experience is required. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years successful work experience with federal regulations and institutional need analysis in a financial aid setting. Further requirements include: experience working with financial aid software, preferably Datatel; excellent customer service and organizational skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; and excellent oral and written communication skills.
