When they succeed, so do we.<BR><BR>Financial Aid Counselor<BR>Full-time<BR><BR>DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS<BR>Responsible for financial aid counseling primarily at Butler of El <BR>Dorado. This will include the preparation of applications for <BR>Professional Judgments, training new employees, publishing and revising <BR>departmental “Policy and Procedures’ manual, and the collection of <BR>student data. Will counsel with parents and students regarding the <BR>cost of education, need and expected assistance. Will assist with <BR>scanning and indexing of student files/daily mail and inputting <BR>information into Banner as it is received. Must be able to work with <BR>various types of students and families; Must be able to read and <BR>interpret federal regulations and transmit into institutional <BR>procedures. Must have knowledge of methods of federal budgeting of <BR>student financial aid and strong organizational skills. One to three <BR>years experience in financial aid administration is required. <BR>Bachelor’s degree in business, education or related field required.<BR><BR>SALARY & BENEFITS<BR>Salary range $25,400 - $31,750.
