The Director provides leadership in the implementation of all financial aid policies, programs and services, coordinates awards process and disbursement along with compliance reporting of all federal, state and institutional programs. As a member of the Student Affairs Leadership Team, the Director plays a key role in the planning and delivery of outstanding service to students.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>

Knowledge of federal electronic processing programs and other current computer technology and a comprehensive knowledge of federal and state financial aid programs, processes and regulations required. The successful candidate will present a commitment to customer service, working in a collaborative team environment, and to serving a diverse constituency of traditional and nontraditional students.<o:p></o:p></FONT></SPAN></P>
