Office of Student Financial Aid, Scholarships and Enrollment Services at<BR>UT
San Antonio has an immediate opening for Director of Student
Enrollment<BR>Services. The Enrollment Services Center serves as a
one-stop shop on the<BR>phones and at counters for financial aid, registrar,
admissions and fiscal<BR>services inquiries, updates and processes. This
position is responsible for<BR>supervising the Enrollment Services phone center,
1604 ESC counter and the<BR>downtown ESC counter. The individual will
serve as the liaison to<BR>coordinate activities between enrollment services and
financial aid,<BR>registrar, admissions and fiscal services. This position
will serve as the<BR>immediate contact for other departments regarding student
issues as they<BR>pertain to enrollment services. This position will
assist the Assistant<BR>Vice President for Financial Aid, Scholarships and
Enrollment Services with<BR>developing, interpreting, and implementing federal,
state and institutional<BR>regulations, policies and procedures. The
candidate must have a Bachelor's<BR>degree and four years experience in an
enrollment services area including<BR>any combination of financial aid,
registrar, admissions and fiscal services<BR>with at least two years in a
supervisory role within the same type area.<BR>Salary $44,047 (flexible
