yet, Bessie Carter, Assistant Director of Counseling Services for the UCO
Office of Student Financial Aid was offered and has accepted the Director
of Financial Aid position &nbsp;at OSU-OKC. &nbsp;Her last day with UCO
will be September 23. &nbsp; Bessie has been a part of the UCO Office of
Student Financial Aid since 1986 where she started as a student employee
and moved up through the ranks. &nbsp;She will truly be missed. &nbsp;Please
join us for a come and go send off for Bessie on September 22 from 3-5
in office located in Room 141 of the Nigh University Center. &nbsp; &nbsp;
