business session, a new business item was raised from the floor about OTAG and
distribution of funds and attempting to dialogue with the regents about some
revisions in the program’s administration—it is not about personnel
in the office or current computer conversion issues--but helping the program to
be better understood; and for the students, the institutions who receive the
monies for their students and the administration of the program to go more
smoothly hopefully for all sides.</span></font></p>

our suggestions and input into the evaluation process that the Regents are
going through with all their programs.</span></font></p>

at the next OASFAA board meeting and we are now scheduled to meet on October 28,
with one of our two agenda items being to begin discussion about giving input
and creative ideas to the regents during their evaluation process (i.e. considering
decentralizing the process in some ways and input in the evaluation process by
all sectors that receive OTAG were two items that were shared with me).</span></font></p>
