font-family:Arial'>We have an accelerated degree program at SGU. In the past,
we have made 2 disbursement per semester for loans and pell because students
typically enroll in both of the 8 week sessions within the semester. I’ve
been asked by our Business Office if the 2 disbursement are necessary. Can I disburse
aid based on their enrollment at the beginning of the semester (they enroll for
both sessions at the beginning of the semester) and then if they drop below the
awarded status, they will simply have SAP issues to deal with just like any
student who drops after the census date? That would make our jobs a little
easier here at SGU, but I need to make sure it’s okay to do it that way.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
