<DIV>Job Opening: Dana College Director of Financial Aid<BR><BR><BR>Dana
College is seeking a motivated, multi-task, goal oriented individual for an
immediate opening as the Director of Financial Aid.</DIV>
<DIV><BR>This position requires a team player who is accurate and detailed, has
a high degree of confidentiality and can interact with students, parents and
multiple departments. This individual, in conjunction with other
enrollment team members, will be expected to design financial aid packages to
maximize net revenue and achieve the enrollment goals of the College. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Responsibilities also include: awarding financial aid packages to new and
continuing students in compliance with College policies and procedures and in
compliance with federal and state regulations; meeting with prospective students
and families regarding eligibility for awards; directing the preparation and
maintenance of a variety of narrative and statistical reports; and managing the
Financial Aid database and computerized systems. In addition to possessing
the technical knowledge necessary to perform this job, the successful candidate
must also possess strong interpersonal and communication skills. </DIV>

<DIV>A minimum of 5 years of Financial Aid experience (preferably as a Director
of Financial<BR>Aid), experience awarding athletic financial aid and a
Bachelor's Degree preferred. Excellent benefits, salary commensurate with
