KS.<BR><BR>Financial Aid Counselor, Full Time<BR>10:30 a.m. – 7:30 p.m. M-TH,
8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. F <BR><BR>Responsible for Financial aid counseling
primarily at Butler of <BR>Andover, including the preparation of
<BR>applications, assisting with training new employees, collection of
<BR>student data and coordinate on-line degree <BR>financial aid applicants.
Responsible for determining the eligibility <BR>of individual applicants
regarding Title IV <BR>funds, including the Federal Stafford Loan Program. Will
participate in <BR>making presentations at area high <BR>schools, and compile
annual surveys and office statistical bar graph <BR>updating.
<BR><BR>Requirements: Must be able to read and interpret federal regulations
<BR>and transmit into institutional procedures. Must have knowledge of
<BR>methods of federal budgeting of student financial aid. Organization
<BR>skills applicable to detailed accounting procedures necessary in the
<BR>administration of Title IV programs required. Must have experience in
<BR>the field of financial aid <BR>administration, along with experience in an
educational setting. <BR>Computer software knowledge required. Prior <BR>Banner
experience is highly desired. Bachelor’s degree in business, <BR>education or
related field required. <BR><BR>Salary: Annual salary range: $25,400-$31,750.00
