font-family:Arial'>We have a student whose file was complete, but the Pell and
Loans had not been disbursed. Now, she has withdrawn. We are in the
process of calculating the R2T4 refund and now she says she wants to cancel all
of her aid (even Pell) because she doesn’t want it to affect her
financial aid at her other school. We’ve explained that the Pell
would not be affected except for maybe summer, but she wants to cancel all of
it. As you can probably guess, she owes a balance. Do we have to
let her cancel her Pell? (I know we have to allow her to cancel the loan.)
We’d REALLY like to keep her Pell in the calculation, but I want to make
sure we can do it.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
