Fort<BR>Worth, Texas has an opening for a Financial Aid Counselor. The
job<BR>listing from HRS is as follows:<BR><BR>Responsibilities: This
position will be responsible for counseling<BR>prospective and current
students. Duties will include calculating,<BR>awarding reviewing financial
aid, assisting students with applications,<BR>monitoring fund receipts and
dispersal, maintaining database and<BR>accounting records and assisting with
work study and/or scholarship<BR>programs. This position will act as
liaison for the Financial Aid<BR>Department.<BR><BR>Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and one year experience in financial<BR>aid administration or
student services related area. Knowledge of Title<BR>IV graduate and
professional programs, Federal and Texas Work Study<BR>Programs and scholarship
selection processes are preferred. Experience<BR>with the Department of
Education's electronic system, PeopleSoft and MS<BR>Office software is highly
