Community Colleges, is seeking an Associate Director of Student Financial
Aid. </DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>Responsible for the management and implementation of financial aid
programs. Coordinates daily office operations and supervises employees.
Interprets and communicates policies and procedures of DCCCD and regulations of
State and Federal agencies. Coordinates the Federal College Work
Study Program. Assists students with applying for aid. Reviews and
approves all Special Circumstance and Dependency Override applications.
Performs other duties as assigned. </DIV>

<DIV>Bachelors degree and two years experience in financial aid, including
supervision <U>or</U> Associates degree and four years of experience in
financial aid, including supervision <U>or</U> 60 college credit hours plus five
years of experience in financial aid, including supervision. Official
