possible employment. <BR><BR><B>Responsibilities:</B> Leads the
development and implementation of financial aid strategies, policies and
processes that serve the institution's goals. Ensures the compliance of all
applicable federal, state, and institutional rules and policies, and ensures a
high level of student service. Serves as primary institutional resource for
financial assistance matters and collaborates closely with a wide variety of
internal and external constituencies. Responsible for the administration
and coordination of financial aid programs that approximate 30+ million annually
in Federal Family Education Loan Program (FELP), Federal Work Study (FWS),
Grants and Private Loans. Performs other job related duties as assigned.
<BR><BR><B>Minimum Requirements:</B> Bachelor's degree in business, finance or
other related field with 3 or more years of progressively responsible
Scholarships and Financial Aid management experience in a higher education
environment with significant experience in delivering student financial
services. Extensive computer skills to include Power FAIDS and SCT Banner
preferred (financial aid, student accounts receivable and finance modules);
spreadsheet and word-processing applications.<BR><BR>For a more detailed job
