<B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Director of Financial Aid</SPAN></B>.

face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">Reporting to The
Dean of Enrollment Management, the <B><SPAN style="FONT-WEIGHT: bold">Director
of Financial Aid</SPAN></B> will play an integral role in the enrollment
management process. Responsibilities will include overseeing the delivery
of aid consisting of institutional programs, state grants and federal programs
totaling $25 million annually to prospective and returning students. Other
responsibilities include: ensuring compliance with all applicable state, NCAA
and federal regulations, and preparing appropriate operational and compliance
reports. This position will provide leadership to an office of four staff
and is expected to help establish policies, strategy and systems for providing
quick, accurate financial aid service in coordination with other campus
offices. </SPAN>Understanding the unique value of the traditional, liberal
arts program, and an ability to work in a team environment is vital.

<P class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman" size=3><SPAN
style="FONT-SIZE: 12pt">The ideal candidate will possess outstanding
interpersonal, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills. A
working knowledge of federal, state, and NCAA financial aid regulations are
required. Familiarity with Datatel, PowerFaids, and experience in
enrollment management services are preferred. A bachelor’s degree and ten
years or more of increasing responsibility in college financial aid is required.
Master’s degree preferred. </SPAN></FONT></P>
