<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I know you're all as busy as we are so I hope
someone knows the answer to this. I have a wife who wants to sign a
voucher to charge her husband's books to his Pell grant. She has a power
of attorney. He is stationed overseas and is enrolled in online
classes. Can she do this??? I've looked on IFAP and found some
references to loans. I can't seem to find this type of scenario.
Thanks!!!!!</FONT></DIV>
