<BR>Assistant Director of Financial Aid. Please make note of <BR>the

apply!<BR><BR>Founded in 1876, Hendrix College is a private, nationally
<BR>recognized, liberal arts college serving a diverse <BR>population of 1,100
students, nearly all of whom live in <BR>Hendrix-owned residence halls,
suite-style houses, and <BR>apartments. Located in Conway, Arkansas,
thirty miles <BR>from Little Rock at the foothills of the Ozark Mountains,

<BR><BR>Hendrix College is currently seeking an individual to fill <BR>a key
position on its team. Reporting to the Director, <BR>the Assistant
Director of Financial Aid will contribute to <BR>the overall recruitment and
retention efforts of Hendrix <BR>College by assisting in the general
administration of <BR>federal, state, institution and private financial aid
<BR>programs to students, which support the strategic <BR>enrollment objectives
of the College. Other duties <BR>include review of financial aid
applications, conduct need <BR>analysis and verification, present financial aid
<BR>information at campus visit days, college fairs, high <BR>school visits, and
financial aid seminars, package <BR>financial aid awards, administer federal and
institutional <BR>loan programs, and serve as the funds management
<BR>administrator.<BR><BR>A bachelor’s degree is required, with three to five
years <BR>of relevant experience preferred including an <BR>understanding of
need analysis and data/statistical <BR>processes. A strong applicant will
possess a customer-<BR>oriented approach including the demonstrated ability to
<BR>communicate effectively with various constituencies.<BR><BR>Application
