<P><FONT face=Verdana size=2>Administrative capability is at the heart of the
Title IV regulations, encompassing many of the measures of an institution's
Title IV eligibility. Demonstrating administrative capability to participate in
the Title IV programs involves virtually every office within an institution,
making compliance a campus-wide commitment and responsibility. Effective
cross-campus communication is, therefore, key to achieving compliance with the
administrative capability regulations. NASFAA's 2005 Fall Training presents
compliance in the context of a campus-wide effort. It will focus on developing
strategies to ensure and strengthen the cross-campus communication necessary to
demonstrate Title IV administrative capability. The official title of this
year's Fall Training is "Administrative Capability: Campus-Wide Compliance."
