writing to congratulate Pat Kennedy and Derwin Simpson from Oklahoma State
University. Pat has accepted a job with the Department of Education and is
the new Charles Johnson in the Dallas region. D.J. is going home to
Charleston and I know his family is so very happy to see them come back.
The job he has accepted is also a promotion for him.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>
