individual serves the institution a chief administrator of and liaison to
federal, state, local, and institutional aid programs. Desired skills include
the ability to assess, construct and implement effective aid strategies in
meeting institutional goals. The ideal candidate exercise tact, discretion, and
diplomacy in dealing with students, parents, and staff; demonstrates the
counseling and consultation skills that will facilitate informed and responsive
action; and is knowledgeable of the professional standards, policies,
practices, and compliance of federal and state programs.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
