GIVEAWAY SCHOLARSHIP SWEEPSTAKES</span></font> </p>
<p><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:
"Courier New"'>Waco, Texas (February 2006) - To help students pay for their
first year of college, EFSI proudly announces the launch of its new $50K
Giveaway Scholarship Sweepstakes. </span></font></p>
<p><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:
"Courier New"'>The program will award 10 scholarships in the amount of $5,000
each to first year students attending an accredited college or trade school in
the fall of 2006. </span></font></p>
<p><font size=2 face="Courier New"><span style='font-size:10.0pt;font-family:
"Courier New"'>The $50K Giveaway is free to enter and there is no essay
requirement. Eligibility is not based on GPA, area of study, or financial need.

2006 and winners will be chosen on or about August 5, 2006. Scholarship prizes
