<P><FONT FACE="Arial">How will the Higher Education Reconciliation Act (HERA) impact schools, lenders and borrowers? Well, if you've got inquiring minds, we've got answers. Please join us on April 18th in Tulsa or April 20th in Edmond, for informative training sessions on provisions found in the HERA which is Title VIII of the Deficit Reduction Act of 2005 (DRA). </FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">The morning session will focus on HERA provisions of the DRA which was signed into law by the President on February 8, 2006. Provisions in this Act have resulted in many changes to the FFEL program. During our session, we'll review school and lender impacts and provide you with an opportunity to ask questions.</FONT></P>
<P><FONT FACE="Arial">All this hard work calls for some fun in the afternoon as our new training coordinator engages you in an interesting and interactive session. Given all of the changes occurring in FFEL programs, we thought a session on "Change Readiness" would help you prepare for the upcoming twists and turns! </FONT></P>
