<DIV><STRONG>Our Thursday evening entertainment and meal will be at the Incredible Pizza Company. They have great food and fun for all ages and it is like taking a step back in time. Each OASFAA member will receive a $20 gift card which will include an All-You-Can Eat buffet and drink plus $17 for games. </STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG>The buffet includes a pizza bar, salad bar, pasta bar, dessert bar and soft drinks. The games vary in cost and include Mini-Golf along Route 66, bumper cars, go-kart races, bowling, video games and arcade games. There is the Starlight Drive-In which is a large dining room and is set up like being at the drive-in. This room has been reserved for OASFAA members from 6-9 p.m. You may eat your dinner and then watch "Oklahoma" on the big screen TV for those who may not want to play games.</STRONG></DIV>
<DIV><STRONG></STRONG> </DIV>
<DIV><STRONG>There will be 2 buses that will pick us up in front of the Clarion Convention Center. For those who ride the bus and don't wish to stay all evening, the buses will make a shuttle run back to the Clarion Convention Center around 7:30pm. The bus capacity is 114 and is first-come, first-served. For those who would rather drive, Incredible Pizza is only about 7 miles north of the hotel at 5833 NW Expressway.</STRONG></DIV>

<DIV><STRONG>The conference committee has been hard at work putting together a conference that everyone will enjoy. Alicia Smith, Program Chair, and her committee are putting the finishing touches on the program and that will be available on the web very soon. Janie Prior is our Entertainment Chair and, as you can tell from the information about The Incredible Pizza Company, she is doing a great job. Tasha Casey and Carol Stanfield are Co-Chairing the Local Arrangements committee and you will be very pleased with what they have done. Both the meal selections and the table decorations are great!</STRONG></DIV>

<DIV><STRONG>We will again this year be collecting donations for our service project, Citizens Caring for Children. I will send out more information soon as to what things are most needed for the children this year.</STRONG></DIV>
