<DIV>We have a mother who is incarcerated. We cannot find anything in the regs that indicate whether or not she should be included as a family member for their dependent student. She is not living in the household, so she is not being supported by her husband; yet she is still married to her husband with no plans of separation. Does anyone have any insight on this situation?
