<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I came across an institution that does
not disburse Pell grants until the 60% point in the payment period (term)
has been completed. I hadn't heard of this type of disbursement scheduling
previously. </font>
<br>
<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">I couldn't find any regulatory guidance
as to making this type of disbursement scheduling in violation of a regulation.
I'm clearly not advocating this methodology, but I was curious to see if
members have ever heard of this approach? </font>
