font-family:Arial'>The State Regent’s Office is ready to launch the new
secure file exchange program. The program will replace the current O-SAFE
and will become active on <u>July 30th</u>. If you try to access the
current O-SAFE site after 8:00 A.M. on this date, you will be directed to the new
program. You can log in to the new program by using your current username
and password; however, the system will require you to enter your e-mail address
and some other basic information (new password, your name and phone
number). <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Arial><span style='font-size:10.0pt;

usernames, call us after you login to your existing account for OTAG and we can
