This position oversees front line operations for financial aid. Assists the Director with the administration of all student financial aid programs including state and federal aid, tuition waivers, Federal Workstudy, Stafford and Perkins Loans, internal and
external scholarships. Interprets and monitors office policies and procedures to ensure timely, accurate delivery of financial aid awards while maintaining regulatory compliance and quality customer service based upon annual allocations. Oversees packaging
program and other financial aid computer applications to ensure that financial aid is awarding and disbursing accurately and efficiently as well as researching and resolving computer processing errors and issues.<o:p></o:p></p>
