<p class="MsoNormal"><b>UPDATE: Representative Lee Denney has filed a floor amendment to be considered which would set the second income check at $60,000. This would make a student ineligible for the OKPromise scholarship award if their parents had an AGI
greater than $60,000 at the time the student entered post-secondary education. The legislation has been assigned to the Senate Education Committee and Senate Appropriations Committee.

offered at an institution within The Oklahoma State System of Higher Education identified by the Executive Director of the Oklahoma Department of Commerce.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><b>UPDATE: The legislation passed out of the House Government Modernization Committee on February 21, 2013. Representative Murphey offered a committee substitute adds requirements that must be included in a state agency’s strategic
plan. The legislation also requires state agencies to submit their strategic plans to the Speaker, Pro Tem and</b>
<b>Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. The legislation passed out of the House on March 5, 2013 with a vote of 73-17. The legislation has been assigned to the Senate Appropriations Committee. This legislation has also been assigned
to the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on General Government and Transportation. </b> <b> </b><o:p></o:p></p>

college enrollees; the average debt incurred by students who incurred student loan debt to complete their studies; the percentage of students employed within the discipline of their studies upon graduation; and information presented at the conclusion of the
sophomore year of study to students and their parents reporting the projected level of debt incurred by those students who, in obtaining their degree, incurred debt, and information detailing other academic programs which are in high demand in the Oklahoma
economy.<o:p></o:p></p>

that causes the educational institution to incur sanctions by the governing authority or other economic penalties or losses. The educational institution may recover damages in the amount of the sanctions, penalties or economic losses incurred as a result of
the conduct of the third party.<o:p></o:p></p>
