<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">The Department of Veteran Affairs interprets it as institutions that participate in VA and active duty benefits must be in compliance of Executive Order 13607, as required by Public Law 122-249, regardless of
whether or not they have signed the Principles of Excellence.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Part of EO 13607 requires institutions to provide shopping sheets to veterans.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
