Husband is deployed in Afghanistan and the wife has turned in a General Military Power of Attorney and has signed all of his paperwork as the Power of Attorney. The POA states nothing about education/financial aid, it’s just a general POA. I have searched and searched the handbook and couldn’t find anything about whether I could accept a POA or not (imagine that). Does anyone have any guidance on this? Thank you in advance.</p>
