I updated my PPA with the new TAX ID # earlier this week! Laura Pankey helped me with the process too, and yes she was very helpful. However, when I talked to her she acted like she did not know this was happening in Oklahoma, she was happy I called so she would know to expect lots of schools from Oklahoma making this change. There are two things that I did this week that involved our PPA.</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif'>1. I realized a few days late,(It was due 12-31-15) that I had not submitted section F1 from our PPA along with a letter from our president stating that the Gainful Employment Certificates listed in that section were correct. This is our "<span style='color:black'> GE Certification submission in accordance with the regulations at 34 CFR 668.414 and as described in Gainful Employment Electronic Announcement #54 - Certification Requirements for Gainful Employment Programs." </span></span><o:p></o:p></p></div><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black'>2. With the new payroll processing requirements, all state institutions will now have their own TIN, Tax Identification Numbers. I used that number to login to my PPA and it is also listed in #6 on the PPA. This will need to be updated and a signature page sent in.</span><o:p></o:p></p></div><p class=MsoNormal style='margin-bottom:12.0pt'><span style='font-family:"Arial",sans-serif;color:black'>Laura Pankey from the Dallas Dept of Ed office was very helpful with both of these issues.
