<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:12.0pt;color:black">Happy Monday! We have a 16 year old student that is eligible for title iv. He was awarded work study and found a job. However now we learn that OBU has a policy that students under 18 cannot work
on campus. They are citing osha and dept of labor? I’ve checked the regs and AskRegs and can’t find age requirements but I do see that a school can’t withhold work study for things like failing a background check or have a gpa requirement for work study elig.
To me, age would be a similar thing. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
