<p class="MsoNormal" style="text-indent:.5in">The end of the 2023 fiscal year is quickly approaching. In order for our Business Office to wrap up FY23 and open FY24, we would appreciate it if you would make every effort to submit Summer 2023 claims by June

 19. Sending a claim in during the June 20-30<sup>th</sup> timeframe may result in a delay in disbursement of funds.

<u>Please upload any award claims by the end of the business day on Monday, June 19<sup>th</sup></u> to ensure a normal funds transfer. I will be submitting those claims to our Business Office to be processed

<i>before</i> June 30<sup>th</sup>. You may still continue to submit 2022-2023 claims for processing after June 19<sup>th</sup>; please try to finalize all 2022-23 claim submissions by June 30<sup>th</sup>.<o:p></o:p></p>
