[Octm] Supt Garrett proposes a 4th year math requirement

At the State Board of Education meeting today, Supt Garret proposed a statement of intent to add a 4th year of math requirement for high school graduation for the graduating class year of 2007.   It will now go to a subcommittee to create the rules which should be presented at the State Board meeting in January (draft).  Then there will be public hearings.
