The Oklahoma NASA Space Grant Consortium would like to announce the
opening of the application process for their NASA Summer Teacher
Institute: Mission To Planet Earth. This course is designed for
pre-service and in-service K-12 educators, any subject area. Educators
will learn how to implement exciting hands-on aerospace activities into
their existing curriculum. Each chosen participant will receive the
opportunity to go through a full- day of ground school and fly a
university-owned airplane for thirty minutes. All chosen participants
will receive fellowships which cover all costs of the course
(three-hours of graduate credit, lodging, meals, all course materials,
supplies for the classroom, ground school, orientation flight). For
