Dear Colleague, The Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education launched a campaign today, May 12, to promote enrollment in the Oklahoma's Promise scholarship program. This is the most extensive campaign ever launched for the purpose of promoting enrollment in Oklahoma's Promise. The campaign is being paid for by a federal GEAR UP grant and the Oklahoma Guaranteed Student Loan Program. The campaign will run for six weeks.
