[OK-AIR] fall to fall retention

RSU's unofficial fall to fall retention rate for fall 2011 first-time full-time bachelor's degree-seeking freshmen was 60%.  That fell from 64% the year before.  It's only been in the last two years that RSU has been at or above the mean of the other 10 OK regional universities for fall to fall retention.   I pulled from IPEDS the mean fall to fall retention for all 11 OK regional universities (latest reporting year) and found it just under 59%. That's down from 61% the year before.  Two-year institutions are lower, and OU and OSU as well as private universities are higher, of course.

Conclusion, it looks like a downward trend in the last year.
