[OK-AIR] faculty load limits

RSU's university level faculty are contracted to teach 12 hours each fall and spring semester and can take an additional course overload, typically one course.  We also have community college level faculty from our pre-university history who teach 15 credit hours with the same overload rule.   We do not currently have a limit on how many online or hybrid courses our faculty can teach. However, I'm quite interested in our colleagues responses because online course requirements can be significantly greater than on-ground requirements.
