Director of Institutional Effectiveness and Research
St. Mary's University, San Antonio
The Director provides leadership in the collection, interpretation, and application of data in support of the St. Mary's mission and strategic planning.  As the supervisor the Office of Institutional Effectiveness, the Director collaborates with other administrative units to implement data collection as well as design analytical and other data-driven studies. In addition to supporting academic assessment, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness provides training and assistance to administrators and personnel concerning the interpretation, utilization, and metrics of institutional effectiveness.  The Director prepares and transmits appropriate information to external and internal audiences, provides research support to University constituents, and oversees the completion and dissemination of: federal and state reports, annual market reports and surveys, internal reports, materials requested by accrediting bodies, and data exchanges.
