Job Duties:

Provides assistance to the Director in designing, implementing and interpreting research projects including, but not limited to, operational and learning outcomes, program review process, institutional research data sets, student satisfaction and benchmarking, participation in national assessments/surveys, and accreditation support.

Qualifications - Experience

Minimum three years' experience working with data bases. Highly proficient in the use of computer statistical software and reporting tools.

Qualifications - Skills

Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access). Prior experience with Datatel or other student-information systems preferred. Knowledge of reporting tools (SAS/SPSS/SQL) preferred. Ability to work independently, set priorities and timelines, and ensure quality of integrity of data. Must be able to work collaboratively with others and have excellent oral and written skills.
