Isabelle,

RSU has a rigorous developmental program, especially in Writing.  The good news is that our students, who successfully complete developmental course work, do as well in their subsequent college-level coursework as the average of those who were not required to complete remediation (no statistically significant difference).

Reading: 54%
Basic Writing: 40%
Elementary Algebra: 44%
Intermediate Algebra: 55%
Science Proficiency:  55%
