Position Overview
Baylor University is seeking a detail oriented programming professional to provide research analysis to institutional decision makers.  As a Research and Planning Associate, this position works with campus partners and other technology staff to complete programming requests, analyze technology needs, and make appropriate recommendations for online solutions.  This position reports to the Assistant Director of Internet Systems.

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

*         Detail oriented

*         Knowledge of data structures and comfortable with SAS, SQL, and other programming languages

*         Excellent written and oral communicator


Qualifications
A Bachelor's Degree, three years of relevant experience and a Christian faith are required. A Master's Degree in and three years of relevant experience are preferred.
