[OK-AIR] Student satisfaction survey

OU uses a homegrown survey. It was modified significantly a year or two ago. It seems to be useful, especially for deans and service units (advising, library, etc).

If you administer one at your university, would you please let me know if you are using a commercially available survey (and which one) or a locally developed survey and whether or not you think the results are useful?
