Located in the Institutional Effectiveness department, this critical role is responsible for assimilating and analyzing data at the institutional level in an effort to facilitate a robust and ongoing assessment of university programs and student learning outcomes. Additionally, this position ensures year-round compliance with SACSCOC requirements, designs and implements institutional planning initiatives, and oversees continuous improvement strategies that complement the university's efforts with regard to accreditation compliance. The best candidate for this role will be inspired by Baylor's vision for being a premier Christian Research University and will have prior higher education experience. Prior experience specifically in accreditation at the institutional, school, college, or department level is strongly desired. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes and experience: * Prior experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data * Experience in institutional research or related field * Experience with regional accreditation * Statistical skills are necessary Qualifications A Master's Degree, five years of relevant work experience, and a Christian faith are required.
